The service

Onboarding Studio ("we", "us") composes 30/60/90-day onboarding plans from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and lets you track new hires against them as checkable ramps. You ("you", "the customer") pay per plan generated at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only generate plans from brains your Ounie account can access. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated plans inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; the onboarding you deliver, and its outcomes, are your responsibility — review before you use.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 5 credits per plan generated and 5 credits per full regeneration, reserved when the work starts and settled on success. If your selected brain(s) don't cover the role, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Adding hires, checking items off, viewing progress, and editing are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Plans are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not certified onboarding programs. We do not warrant that any plan is complete, current, or fit for a particular role. You are responsible for reviewing every item — especially anything touching compliance, safety, or access — before handing it to a hire.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged when your brain doesn't cover the requested role. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from onboarding you delivered.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
