Onboarding Studio runs on your Ounie credits — the same wallet every Ounie product shares. You pay to generate a ramp plan; everything that makes it a tracker your team lives in is free.

5 credits per plan

One grounded 30/60/90-day composition over your selected brain(s) — a goal per phase, up to 8cited checklist items each, and a tools-&-people list. If your brain doesn't cover the role at all, you're not charged.

Hires & tracking: free

Add unlimited hires, give each their own snapshotted checklist, tick items off, and watch progress bars and overdue flags — all free, forever. The per-hire tracking is the product; you never pay to run it.

Edits free · regen 5

Rewrite any item and adjust the plan as often as you like — all free. Regenerating the whole plan from your brain when the role changes is 5 credits; hires already ramping keep their own checklist.

Credits are shared across all Ounie products. Studio, Team, and Enterprise plans include a monthly credit allowance that is spent first.

Only from your Ounie brain — the wiki Ounie synthesized from your files, links, and notes (handbook, tooling guides, process docs, culture material). For the role you name, we retrieve the most relevant pages and write the 30/60/90 plan ONLY from what they say. Every checklist item cites the exact page it came from, and anything your material doesn't cover is left out rather than invented.
